Rev. Phale is a respected community leader and visionary who provides strategic direction and moral guidance to the Foundation. With years of experience in community mobilization and organizational governance, he ensures that the Foundation remains true to its mission and values.
Prescot leads the Building & Technical Committee, bringing hands-on experience in infrastructure development and project management. He is responsible for ensuring that all construction and renovation projects are technically sound, cost-efficient, and aligned with the Foundation’s development priorities.
Gracium oversees the Foundation’s financial management systems and ensures that all funds are handled transparently and effectively. Her commitment to accountability strengthens donor confidence and promotes sustainable financial growth.
Gospel plays a key role in maintaining the organization’s financial health by supporting budget management, financial reporting, and expenditure tracking. His analytical mindset and attention to detail ensure efficient resource utilization across all programs.
Stella is a dynamic leader with a deep commitment to education, gender equality, and social inclusion. She provides governance support and leads efforts to strengthen partnerships and community relations, ensuring that the Foundation’s initiatives reach those who need them most.
Numeri is responsible for the Foundation’s outreach, visibility, and communication strategy. She ensures that Abale A Africa’s voice is amplified locally and internationally, building awareness around key issues affecting children and communities.
Samuel supports the implementation of technical and infrastructure projects that improve access to education and community services. His practical expertise in construction supervision ensures that all projects meet safety, sustainability, and quality standards.
